The Certificate in Measurement, Statistics and Evaluation is a 21-credit certificate designed to provide advanced training in quantitative methods for doctoral students majoring in other programs.

NOTE: To enroll in this Certificate program you must currently be a doctoral student in a University of Maryland program other than EDMS

The Certificate in Measurement, Statistics and Evaluation is designed to provide advanced training in quantitative methods for graduate students majoring in other doctoral programs. The certificate requires a minimum of 21 graduate credit hours. In addition, an advisor must be selected from members of the Measurement, Statistics and Evaluation faculty.
